WEB TICKET ENTRY TRAINING

Web Ticket Entry is a program that we offer to Contractors and Utility Companies allowing them the convenience of submitting Normal locates online 24x7! All users must schedule a training session on the use of the program by a Kentucky811 Web Ticket Entry Trainer. Users must understand and follow all ticket guidelines set forth in the Web Ticket Entry Manual when submitting tickets via the Kentucky811 Web program. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the locate request, and termination of Web Ticket Entry privileges.

We offer several different methods of training for this program:
(1) Online training that is conducted over the phone.
(2) Conference Bridge
(3) On site training at your facility (for large groups)
(4) On site training at the Call Center
