POSITIVE
RESPONSE TRAINING
In compliance with the KRS 367.4909 Dig Law: An operator shall, within two (2) business days after receiving notification from an excavator; (a) Inform
the excavator of the approximate location and descriptions of any of the
operator's facilities that may be damaged or pose a safety concern because
of excavation or demolition; Kentucky 811 provides
a Positive Response Program to our member utilities allowing them to respond
to dig requests stating if their underground facility Conflicts or Does
Not Conflict with the dig site.
You will not be able to access the program until your scheduled training session. During this time you will be assigned a User Name to use with the password you requested.
It is the users responsibility to proof the response prior to saving any in the POSITIVE RESPONSE system. I agree to hold Kentucky Underground Protection, Inc. free from all liability.
