ITICnxt is a free, innovative map-first web system designed to help you create and manage locate requests online. It features a variety of thoughtful features including detailed mapping tools, the ability to process multiple tickets and more.
Ready to request a locate?
You are required to wait at least two full working days before breaking ground once you submit a ticket to allow the utilities to provide a positive response to your request. Depending on the size and scope of your project, you may need to wait longer than two full working days. Working day means every day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays established by federal or state statute from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time until 12 midnight Eastern Time, excluding the day the locate request was made.
