GIS Instructions for Service Area Files:
Kentucky811 now provides a feature for utility members to upload digital mapping files. The digital mapping files must be in the following format:
ESRI Buffered Polygon Shape File
NAD83 Latitude Longitude Datum
Under 10,000 vertices
Under 5MB in size
To begin the upload process you will first need to login to the system here. If you do not have a login and password into the system, an account will need to be created for you. Please send an email to jroberts@kentucky811.org to start the process for account creation.
