What: We will introduce ITICnxt ticket entry and My Tickets.

• New website URLs for training and post transition
• Login page – forgot password & register buttons
• Create job ticket – We will cover all new ticket entry steps including map search, mapping tools, multiple entities (circle, route, parcel, etc.), system splitting of tickets, auto generation of driving directions and marking instructions, creating and managing job profiles, etc.
• My tickets – We will provide tips and tools to customize this feature to efficiently manage your locate requests. We will cover table columns and tab options, changing date range to show tickets, reprocessing tickets, batch processing, and changing page settings, etc.
