Those who are using ITIC Lite for the first time will need to register for an account. Having an account allows you to log back in to check the Positive Response status on your request. Returning users can log in using their username and password.

Don’t forget — you are required to wait at least two full working days to begin digging after you submit a ticket to allow the utilities to provide a Positive Response to your request. Depending on the size and scope of your project, you may need to wait longer than two full working days.

Working day means every day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays established by federal or state statute from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time until 12 midnight Eastern Time, excluding the day the locate request was made.
